350 years young!
Thrive Friday evening; (during term time)
at Potter Street Baptist Church Hall. A Girl's meeting that has replaced our previous work called Girl's Brigade.
Girl's aged 5 -
Girl's aged 11 -
Weekly subs are £1.
At each meeting a piece of fruit, a small chocolate bar and unlimited squash drinks
are provided for each girl. In addition subs cover insurance and most equipment and
resource costs as well).
Every young person's achievements are celebrated (with family and friends) and recognised through a PSBC award at a special event held in the autumn.
A consent form is required for each young person attending. This is completed by the parents/carers and confirms their willingness to become involved and ACTIVELY SUPPORT the children and young people (as you are able). All regular staff are police checked and no visitors are left 'unsupervised' with any child or young person.
Children and young people are expected to behave in a manner that enables everyone to enjoy their time here and achieve their best.
The work is overseen by a qualified youth worker and is held accountable by the deacons and members of Potter Street Baptist Church. If you would like to come along then contact Amanda
